Teible is neatly nestled on the ground floor of Jameel Arts Centre in Dubai’s Jaddaf Waterfront. The minimalistic design and timeless interiors provide an idyllic backdrop to create a serene dining enclave in the city.

With a menu designed around the Nordic kitchen approach, Teible is an ode to the region's local produce. Drawing inspiration from natural resources of the land and sea, we prioritize locally sourced food in an effort to change the status quo in Dubai’s saturated food scene.

Our acclaimed degustation experience presents a bespoke dining journey inspired by the farm-to-table philosophy. Incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from small-scale farms and regional suppliers, our carefully curated menus provide our guests with an opportunity to truly understand and experience the best of what the UAE has to offer.

In response to over consumption and extreme waste in the food industry, we aim to reduce our impact on the environment through sustainable practices. Besides our focus on locally sourced food, we are wholly committed to encouraging eco-friendly practices and responsible initiatives in our business to reduce food wastage and lower our environmental impact. Our commitment to sustainability and local sourcing, together with culinary craftsmanship and innovation have lead to our one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Designed by renowned interior designer Waiwai, the restaurant integrates natural materials and intricate details that pay homage to Finnish design. Furniture from Artek, designed by Alvar Aalto – a master of modern architecture – and ceramics from local artists, KH Würtz, La Cabra and Kwang Ju Yo speak to the naturalistic themes of the restaurant.

Working as an activist for better food, Executive Chef Carlos Frunze’s honest and authentic approach to cooking is the driving force behind Teible’s vibrant menu. His multicultural upbringing has defined his eclectic palate and sharpened his culinary expertise.

Speaking about his latest project, Chef Carlos Frunze said, “I am excited to redefine Dubai’s food culture by highlighting the best of what the UAE has to offer. Bringing much deserved attention to the region’s food producers, growers and small-scale farms. I look forward to welcoming a like-minded community of food enthusiasts that appreciate quality ingredients, culinary excellence and creative artistry.”
